Information you choose to share
The contact form asks for your name, email address, project type, optional timeline, and message. I use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss possible work. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information through the form.
Service providers
Netlify hosts the website and may process technical request information to deliver and protect it. Formspree processes contact-form submissions. Email correspondence is handled through my email provider, Zoho Mail. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is used only after you choose Allow analytics. It helps me understand page visits and which project links are useful. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled in this website’s tag configuration. Inquiry fields, email addresses, message text, and URL query strings are not intentionally sent to Analytics. Google may process technical information about your visit under its privacy policy.
You can decline analytics and still use the website and contact form. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your choice. The site stores your choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics stays off when your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
Records and your requests
I keep inquiry and project correspondence while needed to answer requests, perform agreed work, and maintain business records. Service providers may retain technical records under their own policies. You may email hello@nicolettesemmelmeyer.com to ask about information you provided, request a correction, or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations.
Sharing and external links
I do not sell inquiry details or use this site for personalized advertising. Portfolio links lead to other websites with their own privacy practices. This website has no visitor accounts or password system.

Private client accounts and files
The client area uses Supabase to provide sign-in and private project file storage. Your email address identifies your account, and only authorized project clients and the studio can access a project. Zoho sends account invitations and sign-in emails. The client area does not load Google Analytics. Essential session data is stored in your browser tab and is cleared when the tab closes.
Project files are kept while needed to deliver and support your project, unless a different retention period is agreed in writing. Contact hello@nicolettesemmelmeyer.com to request account closure, correction, or deletion of project materials, subject to applicable business record obligations. Please do not upload passwords, payment details, or sensitive identity documents.
