Additional rounds or approved changes beyond the included revisions. You receive an estimate and approve the cost in writing first.
Good work starts with clear expectations
You receive a written scope, timeline, responsibilities, revision allowance, and final price before we begin.
The proposal lists the deliverables, page count or formats, content you supply, and what is excluded. New deliverables, new concepts, or a change of project goals are quoted separately and need your written approval.
A 50% deposit books your project. The balance is due before launch or delivery of final files. Strategy sessions are paid in full at booking; website care is billed monthly in advance under its separate plan.
Creative packages include two consolidated revision rounds. The bundle includes two rounds per phase. A round is one collected set of feedback refining the agreed direction. Extra revision work is $50/hour, estimated and approved first.
Domains, hosting, business email, printing, premium fonts, stock assets, software, and paid integrations are separate. You approve purchases before they happen. Client accounts and billing stay under your control.
Project pricing pays for the agreed result. It does not increase because the included work takes me longer. Additional scope is always discussed before it is added.

It covers the base scope listed in that package. Complexity, additional deliverables, content readiness, and integrations can change the proposal price. You receive the final fixed project quote before paying a deposit.
Your business details, final or nearly final page copy, images you have permission to use, and access to your own domain and hosting accounts. Content organization is included; professional copywriting and photography are separate.
Website Starter includes 3–5 core pages and two revision rounds at the $750 intro starting rate. Pages beyond five start at $150 each using the established design and your supplied content. Your exact page count, features, and fixed project price are agreed in the written proposal before booking.
The website and bundle intro rates apply to new projects with an approved written scope and the 50% deposit received by January 31, 2027, Pacific time. From February 1, 2027, Website Starter starts at $1,000 and the bundle starts at $1,250. Other listed package prices stay the same.
Absolutely. A strategy session or a single design piece is a useful starting point. If you later need a larger project, we can scope it separately around what you already have.
